Victoria Ragland is a diversity and inclusion advisor for Pinnacle’s Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia markets. She is based at the firm’s Shady Grove Road office in Memphis.
Before joining the firm in 2015 with Pinnacle’s acquisition of Magna Bank, Ragland served as Magna’s retail corporate trainer. She began her financial services career in 2000 with Union Planters Bank, where she started as a part-time floating teller and later became a branch operations manager. In 2008, Ragland joined Magna Bank as a branch assistant manager and soon after became branch manager.
She earned her bachelor's degree in biology and her MBA from the University of Memphis. Ragland is a graduate of the Paul Barret School of Banking at Christian Brothers University and the Leadership Memphis Executive Program.
Ragland serves as the president of the Memphis Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and is treasurer for Memphis Merit Academy Charter School. She serves on the boards of the Women’s Business Center South, where she’s also on the advisory committee, Princeton James Project Nonprofit, Girl Scouts Heart of the South, MLGW Supplier Diversity Board, Bank on Memphis Advisory Committee and Women’s Foundation of Greater Memphis Power of the Purse. Ragland is the assistant pastor of Growth Central Church, and the 2019 honoree of the Extraordinary Black Woman in Memphis designation. She also actively facilitates financial literacy classes for the Neighborhood Christian Center, University of Memphis Student Athletes, Girl Scouts Heart of the South and Shelby County Schools.
