Claire Plummer has held various managerial roles in the retail sector, with experience in leading teams, developing retail operations, and driving business growth. Claire has served as Head of People at Ramsdens Financial Limited, Head of Retail at Bonmarche, and Head of Retail and Learning/Development at HSL Chairs. Claire Plummer completed their MBA in Retailing from the University of Stirling in 2008. Claire also obtained a NEBSM in Operations Management and Supervision from Gateshead College in 1990.
