Mary Beth DeNooyer

Mary Beth DeNooyer was named Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2013. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms. DeNooyer leads all human resources responsibilities throughout the company including organizational development, recruitment and talent management, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and diversity.

From April 2011 through June 2012. Ms. DeNooyer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the division of Sara Lee which was spun-off as Hillshire Brands. From March 2010 to June 2012. Ms. DeNooyer served as Senior Vice President, Compensation and Benefits at Sara Lee. Ms. DeNooyer held Human Resources leadership positions at The Pepsi Bottling Group from 1998 to 2010 and General Mills from 1994 to 1998.

Ms. DeNooyer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
