Anthony Guarracino, DO, MHA, FACEP, serves as the Department Chair and Medical Director of the Emergency Department at PinnacleHealth System, overseeing a high-volume emergency department with 70,000 visits at the Harrisburg Campus. With extensive experience as an emergency physician since 2011 and a previous Medical Director at the Advanced Wound Healing Center of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, Anthony has demonstrated leadership in emergency medicine and wound care. Additionally, Anthony held key roles at Carlisle Regional Medical Center, including Medical Director of the Emergency Department and Medical Staff President, providing oversight for medical staff and regulatory compliance. Anthony holds a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor's in Biology from Lehigh University.
