Dan Kefgen

Dan Kefgen has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Dan started their career at Kohl's in 2007 as a Retail Executive, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they joined Ahold Delhaize as a Regional Human Resources professional. Then, they moved to Dollar General in 2017 as a Divisional Human Resources employee until 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Pinnacle Home Care since January 2021. Previously at Pinnacle Home Care, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources in 2020 and Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2020.

Dan Kefgen completed the CHRO Program at Wharton Executive Education from 2021 to 2022, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University. Dan also obtained a certification in the Chief Human Resources Officer Program from Wharton Executive Education in November 2022.
