Matthew Kernan currently serves as the Director of the Care Center and Administrator at Pinnacle Home Care since September 2020. Concurrently, since March 2019, Matthew holds the position of Director of Social Services at KRM, focusing on the discharge process in skilled nursing facilities while ensuring effective communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Previous experience includes roles ranging from Director of Rehabilitation at Encore Rehabilitation Services to various positions at Transitions Therapy, where Matthew progressed from Staff Physical Therapist Assistant to Director of Rehabilitation. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Physical Therapy Assistance from Penn State University.
