Oliver Klaus

Oliver Klaus started studying drafting and design in 2003. He gravitated to Mechanical engineering in 2005 and began working as an HVAC Designer for a Mechanical Engineering firm. He joined the U.S. Army reserves in 2007 as a 74D CBRN(Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Specialist). While serving in the reserves, he was given an opportunity by a local Houston Sheetmetal fabrication shop to become their primary Sheetmetal Detailer/BIM coordinator and also learn HVAC estimation for fabrication. Over the years his thirst for knowledge and drive has placed him in amazing positions to elevate his experience by being a part of the design and BIM Coordination efforts for hundreds of Commercial Construction projects. Some of the titles he's held are Director of CAD Services, Managing HVAC Estimator, HVAC Virtual design Coordinator, BIM Manager, Assistant HVAC Project Manager, HVAC Project Manager, Sheetmetal Production Manager, and Sheetmetal Detailer. And now, he is excited to be a Client Relationship Manager for one of the largest BIM Service companies in the world!
