Matthew Hughen

Matthew Hughen has a diverse work experience, starting in 1996 as a Drummer and Percussionist at Walt Disney World, where they worked until 2010. Matthew then joined Encore in 2014 and held various roles, including Event Technology Professional, Supervisor of Event Technology, Manager of Event Operations, and finally Director of Event Technology until 2022. In 2022, Matthew Hughen joined Pinnacle Live as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Matthew Hughen received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications in various areas of professional development through LinkedIn, such as talent management, diversity recruiting, and communicating across cultures.
