Prior to this role, Phil held various leadership positions at companies such as Verrency, HSBC, Bank of Ireland, and National Australia Bank. Phil has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Western Australia and completed their schooling at Christ Church Grammar School. Phil has a strong background in the financial industry, particularly in the areas of cards, loans, and customer products.
