Rachel Devlin

Rachel Devlin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as Branch Manager and in a National Support role at Pinnacle People Australia since May 2019, Rachel has previously held the position of Duty Manager at The Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania from January 2016 to May 2019. Rachel's earlier experience includes a significant role as Restaurant Department Manager at McDonald's Australia from November 2007 to January 2016, as well as positions at Telstra as Customer First Champion for a brief period in 2011, and as Customer Service Representative at Commonwealth Bank in 2007.
