Catherine Milward

Catherine Milward has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Chief People Officer at Pinnacle Pet Group. Prior to that, they held the same role at CLS Group, where they partnered with the CEO and executive management team to design and implement various HR initiatives. Catherine also served as the Global HR Director for the Fixed Income division at Deutsche Bank and held multiple HR roles within the organization. Catherine began their career as an HR Specialist at Accenture and worked as a Graduate Trainee at Deloitte UK.

Catherine Milward received a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge, St John's College from 1994 to 1998. Catherine later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from London South Bank University, which they completed between 2001 and 2003.
