Sarah Dirks

Sarah Dirks has extensive experience in business development and management roles in the senior care industry. Sarah started their career as an HR Specialist at P&H Mining Equipment in 2008. In 2009, they joined the My InnerView division of National Research Company as a Regional Business Development Manager, where they focused on improving market position and achieving financial growth. Sarah then moved on to Align, LLC in 2013, where they served as a Regional Business Development Manager, overseeing National Accounts and the Business Development team. Since 2015, Sarah has been working at Pinnacle Quality Insight, initially as a Vice President of Business Development and later as the Executive Vice President of National Accounts and Business Development. Sarah'sresponsibilities at Pinnacle involved providing satisfaction measurement tools to senior care providers and capturing feedback from customers and employees.

Sarah Dirks obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
