Joe Serieno

Joe Serieno is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Senior Advisor at Kentwood Commercial and Vice President of Real Estate at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, Joe previously held the position of Principal at Avison Young, where a successful Office Agency Practice was established in Denver. Joe's notable tenure at CBRE included recognition as a "Top 10 Overall Producer" and being listed among the "Top 30 Office Brokers Nationally" by Forum Magazine. Earlier career accomplishments include significant growth in office listings at Trammell Crow Company and the founding of Venture Real Estate Group, which was sold to Trammell Crow in 2000. Joe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Penn State University.
