Himabindu Chinnam

Himabindu Chinnam started their work experience in 2015 as a US IT Recruiter at Keshav Consulting Solutions (KCS). In this role, they managed the full life-cycle process of recruitment and worked with various direct clients. Himabindu also gained experience in negotiating rates for US citizens and Green Card holders. In 2017, they joined Saransh Inc as a Senior Technical Recruiter. During their time there, they built extensive working relationships with clients and implementation partners, handled a team of recruiters, and successfully dealt with H1b transfer candidates. Finally, in 2021, they joined Pinnacle Group, Inc. as a Lead Technical Recruiter.

Himabindu Chinnam holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Andhra University.
