Gaurav Dwivedi

Gaurav Dwivedi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gaurav is currently serving as the Vice President of Operator Relations & Govt. Business at Pinnacle Teleservices Pvt Ltd since December 2021. In January 2022, they also became a Business Owner at NRRK Banquet.

Prior to their current roles, Gaurav worked at Sinch India for a significant part of their career. Gaurav held various positions at Sinch, including Assistant Vice President of Carrier Relations, General Manager of Partnership and Alliances, Deputy General Manager of Partnership & Alliances, Senior Manager of Operator Alliances, Manager of Sales, and Deputy Manager of Business Development.

Before joining Sinch, Gaurav worked as an Assistant Manager of Sales at Logix Microsystems Ltd in 2007. Gaurav also held the position of Executive of Sales & Marketing at Cellnext Solutions Limited (Escorts Group) from 2006 to 2007.

Gaurav started their career as a Marketing Engineer at Tetra Information Services Pvt. Ltd in 2005.

Gaurav Dwivedi pursued their B.Tech degree in IT from Babu Banarasi Das Northern India Institute of Technology, Lucknow. Gaurav attended the institute from 2001 to 2005.
