Carmen Hancock

Carmen Hancock serves as the Executive Director at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. since June 2024. Prior to this, Carmen held the position of Vice President of Managed Care Relationships at Prospera Housing Community Services from December 2017 to May 2024, where initiatives led to over $1.6 million in annual Medicaid Managed Care Organization contract revenue. Carmen also held the role of Vice President of Resident Services, overseeing support services across 50 affordable housing communities in Texas. Carmen's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Disabilities Officer at Communicare Official, where program growth and management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities were prioritized. Carmen's extensive career is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and additional certifications in Non-Profit Capacity Building and Leadership.
