Nicol Lyon

Nicol Lyon has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in program development and implementation within substance use treatment settings. Currently serving as the Director of Program Development and Training at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. since February 2020, Nicol also holds roles as Director of Program Implementation and Regional Director of OTP Special Projects. Prior to this, Nicol was the Regional Director at Acadia Healthcare from November 2016 to December 2019 and held positions including Clinic Director and Clinical Supervisor at CRC Health Group from June 2006 to November 2016. Nicol earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University between 2001 and 2005.
