Chuck Kharrl

Chuck Kharrl is the current VP of Site Operations & General Plant Manager at Pinnacle West Capital. Chuck has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry.

Chuck started their career in 1994 as a Control Room Supervisor at DTE Energy. Chuck then became a Unit Supervisor at Florida Power & Light in 2004. In 2007, they were promoted to Vice President at Arizona Public Service - APS. Chuck has been with Pinnacle West Capital since February 2019.

Chuck Kharrl has a MBA from the University of Arizona.

Their manager is Daniel T. Froetscher, President & COO. They are on a team with Brad Albert - VP, Resource Management, Todd Horton - VP, Site Operations, Palo Verde Generating Station, and Tony Tewelis - VP, Transmission and Distribution Operations.
