Chad Thurston

Chad Thurston has extensive work experience in various roles. Chad is currently employed at Pinnacol Assurance as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DLT Solutions as a Data Analyst from September 2016 to March 2022. In this role, they developed practices and procedures for business reports, analyzed data for corporate operations, and facilitated report automation. Before DLT Solutions, Chad was an Account Manager at CDW from July 2011 to August 2016, where they researched IT solutions, stayed updated on IT trends, and consulted clients on business improvement projects. Chad also worked as a Sales Associate at Signs By Tomorrow from May 2009 to May 2011, providing solutions for various signage needs, estimating and comparing sign projects, and working with vendors on large-scale projects. Chad's early work experience includes working as an Autocad Drafter at APS Engineers from April 2007 to June 2008, where they worked on Biochemical fuel projects, reviewed drafts, and updated drafts based on safety codes and client requests.

Chad Thurston completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics at Virginia Tech from 2005 to 2011. In 2010 and 2011, they also attended Northern Virginia Community College, although the specific degree and field of study are undisclosed.

Chad has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Database Fundamentals certification.
