Kelly Bowland has an extensive education background. Kelly completed their Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree at Regis University from 1996 to 1998, specializing in Leadership, Change Management, Organizational Development, and Process/Quality Improvement. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development & Family Studies and Youth Agency Management from Colorado State University, which they attended from 1983 to 1986.
In addition to their degrees, Kelly Bowland has also obtained two certifications. In March 2017, they became a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional through the Management and Strategy Institute. In December 2016, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Lean Sigma Corporation.
