Mark Tapy

Mark Tapy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Talent Management Manager at Pinnacol Assurance, where they are responsible for talent management and implementation of an apprenticeship program. Prior to this, Mark worked at Goodwill Industries of Denver as the Manager of Youth Career Development Services, overseeing program design, funding, and staff management. Mark also served as a LEAD Group Mentoring Facilitator, organizing mentoring programs in several high schools. Previously, Mark worked as an Executive Research Analyst at Gemini Consulting Group, where they identified strategic partnerships and analyzed market potential for clients. Mark also owned Tapy Consulting and Solution LLC, where they worked as a Mudlogger and Wellsite Consultant, conducting geological sample analysis and monitoring gas production.

Mark Tapy has a diverse education history. Mark completed an apprenticeship program in Apprenticeship Systems at ETH Zürich from 2020 to 2021.
