Shirelle Taswell

Shirelle Taswell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shirelle started their career at Kaiser Permanente, where they worked as an Associate Account Manager and later as a Regional Program Manager. In these roles, they streamlined renewal processes, conducted client communication sessions, and maintained system metrics.

Shirelle then moved on to the American Coatings Association, where they served as the Director of Information Services. Here, they managed the implementation of initiatives, authored Apex classes and triggers, and designed system code and configurations.

After that, Shirelle worked at Phase One CG as a Senior Salesforce Business Administrator and at Intelsat as a Principal Manager, SalesForce.

Shirelle then joined The National Society of Collegiate Scholars as a Salesforce Consultant, where they developed proof of concepts and maintained and enhanced security.

Next, Shirelle worked at the International Baccalaureate as a Manager, Systems Development. Here, they set a vision and strategy for enterprise applications and led the execution of this vision. Shirelle also worked creatively with stakeholders and IT to implement technical solutions.

At Amtrak, Shirelle served as a Principal Engineer - Salesforce, where they acted as a trusted advisor on the Salesforce platform and maintained the architectural integrity of the application.

Currently, Shirelle is the Director of Software Development at Pinnacol Assurance. Shirelle'sresponsibilities include leading a software development team, developing and managing software engineering applications, and providing technical consultation to product managers.

Shirelle Taswell attended Bowie State University from 2000 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Psychology. Shirelle has also obtained additional certifications, including "Leading through Relationships" from LinkedIn in February 2023 and "OWASP Top 10: #3 Sensitive Data Exposure and #4 External Entities (XXE)" from LinkedIn in January 2022. It is unknown whether they obtained a certification in "Salesforce 201" or the institution from which they obtained it.
