Adina Simpson

Adina Simpson has extensive experience in operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Pinot's Palette since February 2016. In this role, Adina reports directly to the President and Board of Directors, collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to set strategic goals and support franchise owners. Prior to Pinot's Palette, Adina held various leadership positions at francesca’s®, including Director of IT Service Desk, where oversight included a team responsible for technical support for over 600 stores. Adina's career also includes roles such as Regional Manager and Director of Store Operations, showcasing a consistent record of operational excellence and team development across multiple retail environments.
