Andrew McCoy has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Andrew started their career in 2004 as a Merchandise Supervisor at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, where they were responsible for scheduling, training, and managing merchandise park ambassadors. Andrew then worked as a Manager at One Girl's Treasure from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Gallery Intern at both Gallery 104 and CODA Gallery, where they curated space, selected artists, and coordinated installations. From 2012 to 2014, Andrew worked as an Assistant Manager at The Limited, where they focused on visual merchandising and store operations. Andrew later joined Blick Art Materials as a General Manager in 2014, where they managed store operations and developed relationships with community organizations. In 2017, Andrew worked at the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, first as an Administrative / Mural Artist, where they executed a mural project and assisted with the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards, and then as an Exhibitions Art Handler, where they assisted with the installation of an exhibition. Since 2017, they have also been working as an Instructor at Pinot's Palette. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for the arts.
Andrew McCoy completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Fine Arts Painting from Kendall College of Art and Design. Andrew attended the college from 2008 to 2012.
