Ashley Walker Alamo has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at JOANN Stores, where they provided customer service and assisted with store maintenance. Ashley also conducted demonstrations on bullet journaling and hand lettering.
Ashley then worked as an Office Representative at Sheri Hodson State Farm Insurance from August 2017 to August 2018, and during the summer of 2019. Their responsibilities included customer service, processing payments, and assisting with claims. Ashley also managed general office upkeep and organization.
In 2018, Ashley worked as a Customer Service Representative at Diane Hagen State Farm Insurance and State Farm, Baldiviez Insurance and Financial Services. Their role involved assisting customers and policyholders, processing payments, filing claims, and supporting licensed agents. Ashley was also responsible for office maintenance.
From August 2019 to May 2020, Ashley served as the Publicity Manager for Westmont College's student ministry, Emmaus Road. Their responsibilities included designing logos and marketing materials, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with other student organizations.
Ashley worked as a Museum Assistant at Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art from January to May 2020. Their duties included providing customer service, giving information about the exhibits, and assisting with museum maintenance and exhibition installations. However, their role was cut short due to COVID-19.
In 2020, Ashley began working as a Production Artist at Fresh Northwest Design, where they currently work. Ashley is responsible for various production tasks.
Ashley also started working as a Painting Instructor at Pinot's Palette in September 2020.
Additionally, in 2019, Ashley had an Online Media Internship with the Edge Project. Ashley worked remotely in the US and was responsible for managing social media accounts and promoting the organization's mission experience in Altea, Spain.
Ashley Walker Alamo completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Religious Studies at Westmont College from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Pacific Lutheran University from 2016 to 2018, with a major in Fine and Studio Arts and minors in Art History and Religion.
