Marta Dorosenco

Marta Dorosenco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Head Assessor for the Americas at Pinsight since June 2012, Marta has held various leadership roles, including Senior Leadership Assessor and Coach at the same organization. Previous positions include Manager of Global Communications and Client Relations at G2nd Systems, VP of Business Development at Global Assessor Pool, and Management Consultant at GTC Consulting Services. Marta's educational background includes an International MBA with a 3.92 GPA from the University of San Diego, a Master's in Education with a 4.0 GPA from Alliant International University, and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish/Latin American Studies from UC Irvine. Notable entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Air Cannes Mediterranee Charter Airline and teaching English as an instructor at various institutions.
