Maurice Hagin

Maurice Hagin currently serves as the Head of Business Operations, Monetization at Pinterest since September 2022. Previously, Maurice held various leadership roles at Uber, including Head of Eater Operations for the US and Canada, where management included a team of over 12 Operations Managers focused on customer strategies and growth initiatives. Maurice also operated as Eater Growth Lead and General Manager for Sydney, overseeing significant marketplace operations and P&L responsibilities. Prior to Uber, Maurice was a Consultant at Bain & Company and gained experience at EY as a Senior Consultant. Maurice holds an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Economics, Sales & Marketing, and Strategy & Operations from California State University, Fullerton, and Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
