Ms Kimberly Watson has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to refrigeration and electrical work. Ms Kimberly began their career at Westinghouse Power in 1986, where they served as a Modification Shop Supervisor and Field Service Supervisor. Ms Kimberly then worked at Gates Rubber Co as an Electrical Technician and Project Manager from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they were an Electrical Service Tech at Brampton Engineering. Ms Kimberly then joined Maidstone Bakeries in 2002 as an Electrical Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2008. Ms Watson then worked at Pinty's Delicious Foods as a refrigeration operator and electrician from 2008 to 2010. Ms Kimberly then briefly worked at RIM | BlackBerry as a Chief Refrigeration Operator A in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Electrical Project Manager and Chief Refrigeration Operator A at The Original Cakerie. Ms Watson is currently working at Pinty's Delicious Foods as a Chief Refrigeration Operator A and Electrician, a position they have held since November 2013.

Ms. Kimberly Watson attended George Brown College in 2001 to 2002, where they completed an Electro-Mechanical Technician degree. Ms Kimberly also enrolled in the Electronics Technician Program at the same college in 2002. Prior to their time at George Brown College, they attended Mohawk College from 1974 to 1977, where they obtained a degree in Electrician Construction and Maintenance.
