Brian Bauman

Brian Bauman has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Brian is currently the Director of Engineering at Pinwheel, where they oversee the development of therapist-backed kid tech. Prior to this, they worked as the Founder/CTO at Gigday, where they were responsible for creating the product and technical infrastructure for a construction tech startup. Brian also gained experience at Visa as a Staff Software Engineer, where they helped build the US team for developing Visa APIs. Brian has also worked at vAuto/Cox Automotive as a Software Engineering Manager, leading a team of mobile software engineers, and at vAuto (Owned by AutoTrader) as the Mobile Team Lead/Senior Android Software Developer, where they led the vAuto Provision Android and iOS team. Brian has also worked at IBM Software Group: Lotus, specializing in mobile application development for Android and iOS operating systems, and at IBM, where they contributed to Eclipse software development and led the Plugin Development Environment (PDE) project. Brian's work experience showcases their expertise in software engineering, team management, and product development.

Brian Bauman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004.
