Aaron Pelz has a diverse work experience. In 2009, they started their career as a Math and Chemistry Tutor, working independently as a Personal Tutor. In 2011, they worked as a Cook and Cashier at Hubert's Polish Kitchen. Aaron then joined Bexley Community Pool as an Office Staff in 2012 and Qdoba Restaurant Corporation as a Marketing Intern in 2013. In the same year, they also served as the Financial Manager at Harvard Glee Club Foundation.
In 2014, Aaron had two roles: they worked as a Summer Technology Intern at Daquiprafora Intercambio e Turismo, where they facilitated a software transition and focused on workplace consulting. Aaron also served as a Computer Science 121 Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, assisting a professor in preparing course materials and teaching weekly sections.
From 2015 to 2020, Aaron worked at Quorum. Aaron initially joined as a Software Engineer and later became the Director of Backend Engineering. During their time there, they played an instrumental role in the company's technological development and management.
In 2020, Aaron joined Pinwheel as their first Engineering Manager. In this role, they are responsible for building the product and leading the engineering team.

Aaron Pelz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science from Harvard University, attending from 2012 to 2016. Aaron also briefly studied International Business at the Nova School of Business and Economics in 2013. Prior to attending Harvard, Aaron Pelz attended The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued Engineering. Aaron completed their high school education at Bexley High School, receiving a High School Diploma from there between 2009 and 2012.
