Samuel McCaffrey

Sam McCaffrey is the Founder and CTO at Refinement, where Sam is focused on building a full lifecycle data platform. Prior to their current role, Sam was a Senior Software Engineer at Pinwheel, where Sam built and owned large portions of the data infrastructure. With a strong background in data engineering, Sam has also worked at Meta, Freestar, Bank of the West, and other companies where Sam excelled in various data-related roles. Sam holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Arizona State University.
