Rory Paton

Rory Paton currently serves as a Founding Sales Mentor at Tangent, focusing on mentoring BDRs from socially diverse backgrounds. Rory also works as a Business Development Manager at Pion since November 2023. Previous roles include Account Executive at Mention Me, as well as multiple positions at LoyaltyLion, a leading customer loyalty software provider. Rory's early experience includes ownership of an eBay shop initiated at age 15 and a sales executive placement at Swifty Scooters during university studies at The University of Manchester, from 2016 to 2019.
