Sohail brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in the International and National Cement Industry. He contributed as Director Experts with Lafarge group in Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Eastern Europe to improve Cement Industrial Performance across 44 countries. His last assignment was with Lafarge Holcim group as Director Maintenance at the World’s 2nd Largest Cement Plant in Egypt.
