Glenn Lane

Glenn Lane is an experienced engineering manager with a comprehensive background in the cladding and glazing industry. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the Tennessee office at Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems since January 2014, Glenn oversees engineering teams responsible for shop drawing details, elevations, and fabrication drawings for various projects. Previously, Glenn held multiple roles, including Engineering Manager and Project Manager at Enclos Corp, and Project Manager at Permasteelisa Cladding, where significant projects, such as the Espirito Santo Reglaze Project, were managed. With a solid foundation in fabrication and design supervision gained at Flour City, coupled with educational qualifications, including a BBA in Management from King University and an AAS in Drafting/Design from Northeast State Technical Community College, Glenn possesses a diverse skill set in project management, engineering processes, and team leadership.
