Phil Annett

Phil Annett began their career in the construction industry in 1978 with Towland - Hewitson Construction Limited, where Phil held various positions until 1994. Phil then went on to work at Warren Paving & Materials Group Ltd as Vice President & General Manager until the year 2000. Following this, Phil joined Lafarge as Vice President & General Manager until 2004. From 2004 to the present, Phil worked at Pioneer Construction Inc., where Phil held the titles of Chief Operating Officer, Vice President Business Development, and eventually retired from the company. Phil also worked at Pioneer Construction Inc. & Fisher Wavy Inc. as Vice President - Business Development from December 2017 to December 2023. Phil holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College and completed an Executive Management Program in 1998 at York University.
