Jonty Knox

Jonty Knox is a seasoned entrepreneur and product leader with a strong background in technology and customer relationship management. As Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at CustomerOS, Jonty is building an innovative, customer-centric CRM platform designed to replace various existing systems. Jonty also serves as a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund and an advisor for multiple companies including Kennek and WeKall. Previously, Jonty held significant roles at Voxbone, where responsibilities included heading product management and leading successful business transformations, as well as selling the company to Bandwidth for $519 million. Prior experience includes a Product Manager position at Huawei Technologies, where Jonty achieved substantial RFP wins and managed complex product lifecycles. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Aberdeen and an edX certification in Computer Science from MIT.
