Rita Zinn

Rita Zinn is an accomplished consulting professional and educator with extensive experience in strategy and execution consulting. Currently serving as Practice Director at Pioneer Management Consulting since March 2020, Rita drives the firm's strategic and financial objectives. Previously, Rita held roles including Director of Client Delivery and Account Management, Senior Consulting Manager, and Consulting Manager at various firms, where Rita successfully led transformation projects and managed teams to ensure excellent client delivery. In addition to consultancy, Rita is an adjunct professor in Project Management at the University of Minnesota's Technological Leadership Institute and a Junior Ski Race Coach for Team Gilboa Alpine Ski Team. Rita holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Science, and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Arts in Education from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
