Lindsay Hause

Lindsay Hause, PHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2001, they held various roles at US Cellular for five years. In 2006, they became a Technology Recruiter at Spherion PSG, focusing on recruiting top talent in the Information Technology field. In 2007, Lindsay joined ProHealth Care as an HR Assistant, eventually transitioning to roles such as Recruitment Specialist, HR Coordinator, and HR Business Partner. During their time at ProHealth Care, they managed multiple projects, implemented a new performance management system, and ensured compliance with HR-legal tasks. In 2012, Lindsay became an HR Generalist at Sensient and was responsible for coordinating a group headquarters location move and managing recruitment for open positions. Lindsay then joined Marcus Theatres in 2014, starting as an HR Manager and progressing to HR Director. In this role, they led leadership succession planning, optimization of recruitment software, and policy reviews. Finally, in 2020, Lindsay became the VP of Human Resources at Pioneer Metal Finishing.

Lindsay Hause, PHR, has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have earned the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2013. Lindsay has also obtained the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification from the SHRM Certification institution in July 2015.
