Eric Krolikowski

Eric Krolikowski's work experience includes various roles in audit and finance. Eric started their career at Muncie Children's Museum as a Controller from 1995 to 1997. Eric then worked at Ball State University as a Financial Aid Systems Coordinator from 1997 to 1999. Eric then joined Westar Energy as an Internal Auditor from 1999 to 2000, and later as a Sr. Accounting Analyst - Information Technology from 2000 to 2001. Eric then moved to Payless ShoeSource as an Internal Auditor from 2001 to 2004, and later as a Sr. Inventory Analyst from 2004 to 2005. Eric then joined JCPenney, where they worked their way up to Audit Director, leading a team of 10 associates and presenting findings to executive leadership. In 2018, they joined Pioneer Natural Resources Company as the Director of Internal Audit.

Eric Krolikowski obtained a Masters degree in MBA from Washburn University in the years 1998 to 2000. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, which they completed from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they have several certifications including Certification in Control Self Assessment and Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Texas at Dallas.
