Janice Adams

Janice Adams is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Drilling at Pioneer Natural Resources Company since April 2023, Janice previously held administrative roles at ExxonMobil from September 2019 to April 2023 and at XTO Energy from August 2014 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Janice worked as a Corporate Relocation Coordinator at Coldwell Banker Legacy from 2000 to 2009. Janice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Merchandising from Baylor University, completed between 1982 and 1988.
