Tim Langham

Tim Langham has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Tim began their career as an Associate Pastor at Heartland Church in 2000 and worked there until 2007. Following this, they had a brief stint as a Trainer at the North Texas Municipal Alliance. In 2007, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Retirement Benefits Specialist, a role they held for two years. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an HR Generalist (Contractor) at High Profile Staffing. In 2010, they joined Pioneer Natural Resources Company and held various roles such as Benefits Specialist, Lead HR Analyst, Sr HR Generalist, Recruiting Supervisor, Human Resources Partner, Organizational Development Specialist, Senior Organizational Development Manager, and Director of Learning and Development. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Talent Management at Pioneer Natural Resources Company.

Tim Langham, MSHRM, SPHR holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Tim also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001.
