Ron Salyer

Ron Salyer began their work experience in 1988 at Dayton Power and Light, where they held the position of Key Accounts Manager until 1994. Ron then became the Manager of the Miamisburg Service Center until 1997.

In 1997, Salyer joined Pioneer Electric Cooperative and served as the Director of Operations until 2001. From 2001 onwards, they became the President/CEO of the company.

Ron Salyer obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton. Ron attended the university from 1986 to 1988. Subsequently, they pursued further education and received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Dayton. This occurred between 1989 and 1994.
