Marisa Potter-Cummings has over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, primarily focused on claims adjustment and customer service. Since December 2004, Marisa has held positions as a Claims Representative and Senior Field Property Adjuster at Pioneer State Mutual Insurance Company. Prior experience includes serving as a Field Claims Representative at Fremont Insurance Company from 2001 to 2004, specializing in personal and commercial claims across 11 counties in Mid Michigan. Marisa also worked as a Senior Claims Representative at Nationwide from 1996 to 2001 and as a Claims Representative at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation from 1994 to 1996, handling multi-line claims.
