Michael Cooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency response and technology implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Pioneer Technology Group, Michael focuses on court records management implementations. Previous roles include Consulting Manager and Professional Services Consultant at CentralSquare Technologies, as well as CAD Resource Manager for Central County Emergency 9-1-1, where responsibilities included ensuring effective operational emergency response plans. Michael also supervised dispatch operations for St Charles County Government, providing 911 service to nearly 400,000 residents. Additional experience includes computer consulting for CAD systems and volunteering as a Warehouse Manager for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
