Marcy Chapman

Marcy Chapman is an experienced professional in the fields of art, writing, and editing. Currently serving as the Production Editor of the newsletter and retail merchandiser at The Glenridge on Palmer Ranch since December 2007, Marcy also contributes as a writer to Florida Currents and Ruralite magazines while teaching art workshops at the John C. Campbell Folk Art School. Marcy's freelance career, which began in 1985, includes work as a fine artist, art instructor, and writing consultant for Holland & Knight. Previous positions include professional editing and copywriting for Green Parrot Press, art instruction at Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and various writing roles at Jennings & Jennings. Marcy holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education and a B.A. in English and Speech from Marshall University.
