Planning and Environment Team

The Planning and Environment Team at the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance sustainable land use, environmental conservation, transportation planning, and historic preservation across Hampden and Hampshire Counties. The team collaborates with local governments, community organizations, and stakeholders to create comprehensive plans that address regional challenges and promote economic development, environmental health, and improved public transit systems.
