Tina Chang is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of work experience. Tina is the Founder and CEO of Pioneering Collective since 2019. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder of MVP: Momentum & Value for People of Color, a non-profit organization focused on providing support and opportunities for young people of color.

Tina also serves as an Advisor for the Caregivers Advancement Fund since 2021. Previously, they held various positions at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), including Head of GLG Institute, SVP of GLG Institute Healthcare, and SVP and Head of Life Sciences Research.

Before that, Tina worked as the VP of Marketing & Strategy at the Industry Pharmacists Organization in 2014. Tina also has extensive experience at Novo Nordisk A/S, where they held roles such as Sr. Director of Pipeline Strategy & Market Shaping, Sr. Director of Market Shaping, Director of Market Shaping, and Associate Director of Market Shaping.

Tina's earlier experience includes being a Sr. Product Manager at Genentech and a Product Manager at Stryker Orthopaedics. Tina started their career as a Medical Education Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2002.

Tina Chang completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Pharmacy, with a focus on Diabetes, at Rutgers University from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a PharmD degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where they studied from 1996 to 2002.
