Matthew Kinney

Matthew Kinney is the Install Foreman at Summit Integrated Systems. Prior to their current position, Matthew was the Human Resources Manager at FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. from March 2017 to March 2019. In this role, Matthew was responsible for the direct supervision of two Human Resources Generalists. Additionally, they partnered with regional and market HR teams including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Services and Safety to efficiently implement, administer and deliver region-wide Human Resources programs, processes, projects and change management objectives.

From November 2014 to February 2017, Matthew was the Manager, HR Business Partner at Charter Communications (formerly Time Warner Cable). In this role, they partnered with senior leaders and their teams for Inbound and Outbound sales channels on the development and administration of programs, procedures, and change management processes to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

Prior to their role at Charter Communications, Matthew was the Senior HR Business Partner at Time Warner Cable from August 2013 to October 2014. In this role, they were responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business objectives and provided leadership in developing and executing human resources initiatives in alignment with business goals.

From September 2000 to August 2013, Matthew was the Manager/Human Resources Business Partner at the National Football League. In this role, they were responsible for partnering with business leaders on all aspects of human resources including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition,

Matthew Kinney has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Matthew is certified as a SHRM Certified Professional from SHRM and as a PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.

They are on a team with Levi Connell - AVL Technician, Noah Harris - AVL Technician, and Perry Dubose - Advanced AVL Technician. Matthew Kinney reports to Ryan Lynette, Director of Installation.
