Liubov Viktorenko, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR and Recruitment Expert at AllCares, specializing in the creation and optimization of HR strategies, processes, and recruitment workflows. Prior experience includes leading HR and recruitment at JMIND, where responsibilities encompassed developing tailored strategies, fostering a creative work environment, and implementing organizational processes and employee experience initiatives. Liubov has also held positions at TECHIIA as a Human Resources Manager and at DEOL Partners with progressive roles in HR and recruitment. Liubov holds a Master's degree in Translation from Kyiv National Linguistics University, completed in 2012.
