Marti Wade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Marti started their career at Caleb Project in 1994 as a Project Coordinator and stayed with the company until 2007. During their time at Caleb Project, Marti was involved in coordinating projects and overseeing their implementation.
In 2012, Marti joined Mission Data International as a Content Creator and Manager. Their responsibilities included writing, editing, and publishing content for various websites and newsletters.
In 2017, Marti switched to Pioneers and joined their Marketing Team as a Content Strategist. In this role, they contributed to writing and distributing marketing content through digital and print media. Marti helped shape and promote Pioneers' brand and values on external communication channels.
At the end of 2019, Marti took on the position of Editorial Director within Pioneers' Marketing Team. Their main focus in this role is curating and creating written content for the organization's external communication channels, including newsletters.

Marti Wade earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Magazine Journalism, with a minor in English, from the University of Oregon. Marti attended the university from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies at Columbia International University, which they completed between 2011 and 2016.
